These Terms and Conditions govern all Prize Draws operated by P4G Holdings Ltd, trading as Play4Good (“the Promoter”). By entering any Prize Draw, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with any additional terms published for an individual Prize Draw.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Account means a registered Play4Good online account created through the Website.
- Closing Date means the published date and time at which entries for a Prize Draw close.
- Entrant means an individual who enters a Prize Draw.
- Prize means the prize described on the relevant Prize Draw page.
- Prize Draw means any prize promotion operated by the Promoter to which these Terms and
Conditions apply. - Promoter means P4G Holdings Ltd, trading as Play4Good.
- Terms and Conditions means these Play4Good Prize Draw Terms and Conditions together
with any additional terms applicable to an individual Prize Draw. - Website means www.play4good.co.uk.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Eligibility
Prize Draws are open only to individuals who:
- are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
- are resident in the United Kingdom; and
- comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms applicable to the relevant Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to request satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency at any
time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period may result in disqualification and
forfeiture of any Prize.
1.2 Excluded Persons
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following persons are not eligible to enter a Prize Draw:
- employees, directors and officers of the Promoter;
- members of their immediate family or household; and
- any individual professionally connected with the administration, operation or promotion of
the relevant Prize Draw.
If an ineligible person enters or is selected as a winner, their entry shall be declared void and an alternative winner may be selected.
1.3 Play4Good Account
Entrants must create and maintain an Account before entering any Prize Draw, including entries made via the free postal entry route.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information held within their Account is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility where an Entrant cannot be contacted because inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information has been provided.
1.4 Fair Participation
The Promoter is committed to ensuring that all Prize Draws are conducted fairly and transparently.
The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse entries, suspend or permanently close an Account, withhold a Prize or disqualify an Entrant where it reasonably believes that the Entrant has:
- created or attempted to create multiple Accounts for the same individual;
- attempted to circumvent published entry limits;
- submitted false, misleading or incomplete information;
- used automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial method of entry;
- tampered with, or attempted to interfere with, the operation of a Prize Draw or the Website;
- acted fraudulently, dishonestly or in a manner likely to undermine the fairness or integrity of
a Prize Draw; or - otherwise obtained, or attempted to obtain, an unfair advantage over other Entrants.
Where this clause applies, the Promoter may declare affected entries invalid and, where permitted by law, no refund or compensation shall be payable.
1.5 Promoter’s Decision
The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity and compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be final, provided those decisions are made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
2. Legal Compliance
2.1 Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By entering a Prize Draw, each Entrant confirms that they:
- have the legal capacity to enter;
- have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
- accept these Terms and Conditions in full; and
- agree to be bound by them together with any additional terms published for the relevant Prize
Draw.
2.2 Compliance with Applicable Law
The Promoter operates its Prize Draws in accordance with applicable United Kingdom legislation.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to participate. If an Entrant is uncertain whether they may lawfully enter a Prize Draw, they should seek independent advice before entering.
2.3 United Kingdom Entries
Prize Draws are open only to individuals who satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.
The Promoter may refuse, cancel or invalidate any entry where it reasonably believes that:
- the Entrant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
- the entry has been submitted from outside the United Kingdom;
- false or misleading information has been provided; or
- acceptance of the entry would breach these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
2.4 Regulatory Compliance
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the operation of any Prize Draw where reasonably necessary to comply with changes in legislation, regulatory guidance or legal requirements.
Any such changes will not unfairly disadvantage Entrants and, where reasonably practicable, will be published on the Website before the relevant Closing Date.
2.5 Right to Refuse or Cancel Entries
The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to reject, refuse, suspend or cancel any entry where it believes that:
- these Terms and Conditions have not been complied with;
- an Entrant has acted fraudulently or dishonestly;
- an entry has been submitted in error;
- a payment has been reversed, cancelled or charged back; or
- acceptance of the entry would compromise the fairness, integrity or lawful operation of a Prize Draw.
Where an entry is cancelled under this clause, the Promoter shall determine, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, whether any refund or Account credit is appropriate.
2.6 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, together with all Prize Draws operated by the Promoter, are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 Entering a Prize Draw
Prize Draws may be entered through the Website.
Multiple Prize Draws may operate simultaneously.
The entry price, maximum number of entries (where applicable), Prize details, Closing Date and any specific conditions relating to a Prize Draw will be displayed on the relevant Prize Draw page.
By submitting an entry, an Entrant confirms that they have read the relevant Prize Draw details together with these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Online Entries
Online entries are valid only once:
- the Entrant has created an Account;
- payment has been successfully authorised and received (where applicable); and
- the entry has been accepted by the Promoter’s systems before the Closing Date.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete transactions, failed payments or interrupted submissions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3.3 Entry Limits
Where a maximum number of entries applies to a Prize Draw, no additional entries beyond that limit will be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to aggregate entries submitted through multiple Accounts where it reasonably believes those Accounts belong to the same individual or have been created to circumvent published entry limits.
3.4 Free Postal Entry
In accordance with applicable legislation, every Prize Draw includes a free postal entry route.

Entrants using the free postal entry route must first create an Account through the Website.
Each postcard must clearly include:
- Full name;
- Date of birth;
- Registered email address;
- Registered telephone number (where applicable); and
- The specific Prize Draw being entered
3.5 Postal Entry Conditions
Postal entry is free, although Entrants remain responsible for the cost of postage.
First Class and Second Class postage are both acceptable.
Each postcard may contain one entry only.
Bulk submissions, photocopies, mechanically reproduced entries, entries contained within the same envelope or any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered or damaged may be rejected.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Postal Entries that are delayed, misdirected, damaged or lost in transit.
3.6 Acceptance of Postal Entries
Postal Entries will not be deemed entered until they have been received, validated and accepted by the Promoter.
Eligible Postal Entries will:
- receive confirmation by email; and
- appear within the Entrant’s Account.
Each valid Postal Entry will receive the same chance of winning as a paid online entry.
Random entry numbers will be allocated to all valid Postal Entries.
3.7 Closing Dates
Entries must be received before the published Closing Date.
No entries will be accepted after a Prize Draw has closed or, where applicable, once the maximum number of entries has been reached.
The Promoter reserves the right to close a Prize Draw early where the published maximum number of entries has been sold or allocated.
3.8 Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to declare an entry invalid where it reasonably believes that:
- these Terms and Conditions have not been complied with;
- incorrect or misleading information has been provided;
- payment has been reversed, cancelled or charged back;
- the entry has been generated using automated methods or otherwise submitted unfairly; or
- the integrity or fairness of the Prize Draw may otherwise be compromised.
Where an entry is declared invalid, the Promoter may cancel the associated entry or entries and take any action permitted under these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prize Draws
4.1 Winner Selection
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant Prize Draw page, each Prize Draw will close on the published Closing Date.
Following closure, the winning entry will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date using an independently operated random number generator or other independently verified random selection process determined by the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the outcome of a Prize Draw shall be final.
4.2 Live Draws
To promote openness and transparency, Prize Draws may be streamed live through the Website and/or the Promoter’s official social media channels.
The absence, interruption or failure of a live stream shall not affect the validity of any Prize Draw or its result.
4.3 Technical or Administrative Errors
If a technical failure, administrative error, human error or other unforeseen circumstance materially affects the integrity or fairness of a Prize Draw, the Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to:
- suspend the Prize Draw;
- postpone the Prize Draw;
- cancel the Prize Draw;
- rerun the Prize Draw; or
- conduct a replacement draw using the same Prize or, where this is not reasonably possible, a Prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter will only exercise these rights where reasonably necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Prize Draw.
4.4 Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact details held within their Account.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring those details remain accurate and up to date.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility where a winner cannot be contacted because inaccurate or outdated information has been provided.
4.5 Prize Claims
If a winner:
- cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of notification, or such longer period as the Promoter may reasonably allow;
- declines the Prize;
- fails to respond;
- fails to satisfy the eligibility or verification requirements contained within these Terms and Conditions; or
- otherwise fails to claim the Prize within the period specified by the Promoter,
the Prize shall be deemed forfeited and the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
4.6 Verification Before Award
The Promoter reserves the right to delay the award of a Prize while carrying out reasonable verification or investigating any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud or other activity which may compromise the integrity of the Prize Draw.
4.7 Publication of Results
The Promoter may publish Prize Draw results, winner announcements and Prize information on the Website and official social media channels.
Publication of personal information will always be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4.8 Marketing Communications
Entrants may choose to receive communications relating to future Prize Draws, promotions, offers and company updates.
Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with the Entrant’s preferences and applicable data protection legislation.
4.9 Amendment or Cancellation of a Prize Draw
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel a Prize Draw where reasonably
necessary due to:
- circumstances beyond its reasonable control;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- suspected fraud or abuse;
- technical failures affecting the integrity of the Prize Draw; or
- any other circumstance which would prevent the Prize Draw from being conducted fairly.
Where reasonably practicable, any material amendment or cancellation will be published on the Website as soon as possible.
5. Prizes
5.1 Prize Details
The Prize available in each Prize Draw is described on the relevant Prize Draw page.
The Promoter makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all Prize descriptions, images and specifications are accurate at the time of publication. Images are for illustrative purposes only and minor variations in colour, specification or presentation shall not invalidate a Prize Draw.
5.2 Prize Availability
All Prizes are offered subject to availability.
If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, a Prize or any material element of a Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a Prize of equal or greater value.
Any substitute Prize shall, as far as reasonably practicable, be of a similar nature.
5.3 Prize Conditions
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant Prize Draw page:
- Prizes are non-transferable;
- Prizes are non-exchangeable;
- no cash alternative is available; and
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
5.4 Cash Alternatives
Where a cash alternative is specifically offered, the winner must confirm acceptance in writing within seven (7) days of notification.
Once accepted by the Promoter, the election to receive the cash alternative shall be final unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
5.5 Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, delivery of Prizes is included within mainland United Kingdom.
Additional delivery charges may apply to non-mainland United Kingdom destinations. Where this applies, the winner will be informed before delivery arrangements are finalised.
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to arrange delivery within a reasonable period but accepts no responsibility for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, couriers or other third parties.
5.6 Ownership and Risk
Ownership of a Prize passes to the winner upon successful delivery or collection.
From that point onwards, the winner is solely responsible for the Prize, including (where applicable) its insurance, registration, licensing, maintenance, storage and ongoing use.
5.7 Taxes and Other Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, winners are solely responsible for any taxation, reporting obligations or other costs arising from the acceptance, ownership or use of a Prize.
5.8 Third Party Conditions
Certain Prizes may be supplied by third parties or may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by manufacturers, suppliers, venues, travel providers or other service providers.
Acceptance and use of the Prize constitutes acceptance of any applicable third-party terms and conditions.
5.9 Prize Acceptance
The Promoter reserves the right to require a winner to sign a receipt or acknowledgement confirming acceptance of a Prize upon collection or delivery.
5.10 Refusal of a Prize
If a winner refuses a Prize after being confirmed as the winner, the Prize shall be deemed forfeited unless the Promoter, acting reasonably, determines otherwise. Where a Prize is forfeited, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
6. Winner Obligations
6.1 Verification
Before a Prize is awarded, the Promoter may require a winner to provide satisfactory evidence of:
- identity;
- age;
- residency;
- eligibility to enter the Prize Draw; and
- any other information reasonably required to administer the Prize Draw or comply with legal
or regulatory obligations.
Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
6.2 Identity and Fraud Checks
The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable identity, fraud prevention, security and eligibility checks before releasing a Prize.
Where the Promoter reasonably suspects fraud, identity theft, money laundering, criminal activity or any breach of these Terms and Conditions, it may delay the award of a Prize until appropriate enquiries have been completed.
6.3 Collection or Delivery
Where a Prize requires collection, the winner must collect the Prize within the period notified by the Promoter unless otherwise agreed.
Where a Prize is delivered, the winner must provide any reasonable information required to facilitate delivery.
Failure to collect or accept delivery of a Prize within a reasonable period may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
6.4 Publicity
The Promoter may invite winners to participate in reasonable publicity relating to their Prize or the relevant Prize Draw.
Participation is voluntary unless otherwise required by law.
A winner may decline publicity by notifying the Promoter before publication wherever reasonably practicable.
6.5 Publication of Winner Information
To demonstrate that Prize Draws have been awarded fairly, the Promoter may publish or make available a winner’s first name, surname and county of residence where required by law or applicable regulatory guidance.
Any winner wishing to object to the publication of this information should notify the Promoter as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Promoter will consider such requests but may disclose winner information where legally required to do so or where requested by a competent regulatory authority.
6.6 Photographs and Testimonials
Where a winner agrees to participate in publicity, the Promoter may use photographs, videos, testimonials or similar material for reasonable promotional purposes relating to Play4Good and its Prize Draws.
No additional payment shall be made for such use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.7 Failure to Comply
Where a winner fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, fails to complete any reasonable verification process or otherwise becomes ineligible before a Prize is awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
7. Data Usage
7.1 Data Protection
The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of Entrants and processes personal information in accordance with applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and any subsequent legislation.
7.2 Collection of Personal Information
The Promoter may collect personal information including, but not limited to:
- name;
- postal address;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- date of birth;
- payment information (processed through approved payment providers); and
- any other information reasonably required to administer a Prize Draw.
7.3 Use of Personal Information
Personal information may be used to:
- administer Prize Draws;
- verify eligibility and identity;
- process entries and payments;
- contact Entrants and winners;
- arrange delivery or collection of Prizes;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the Website and Prize Draws; and
- otherwise as described within the Privacy Policy.
7.4 Marketing Communications
Where an Entrant has chosen to receive marketing communications, the Promoter may send information relating to:
- future Prize Draws;
- promotions;

- company news; and
- other Play4Good services.
Entrants may update their marketing preferences or withdraw consent at any time through their Account or by following the unsubscribe instructions contained within marketing communications.
7.5 Sharing Personal Information
The Promoter may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to:
- process payments;
- verify identity;
- administer Prize Draws;
- deliver or fulfil Prizes;
- provide Website services; or
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
The Promoter will only share the minimum personal information reasonably required for those purposes.
7.6 International Transfers
Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, the Promoter will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

8. Liability
8.1 General
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8.2 General Limitation of Liability
Subject to Clause 8.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or claim arising from participation in a Prize Draw except where such loss results directly from the Promoter’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8.3 Prize Liability
The Promoter shall not be responsible for:
- the quality, safety, suitability or fitness for purpose of any Prize supplied by a third party;
- any defect, fault or failure in a Prize once ownership has passed to the winner;
- the acts or omissions of manufacturers, suppliers, venues, travel providers or other third parties connected with a Prize.
Any warranty provided by the manufacturer or supplier shall remain the responsibility of that manufacturer or supplier.
8.4 Delivery and Postal Services
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays, losses or damage arising from:
- postal services;
- courier services;
- customs or transport delays;
- failed deliveries caused by inaccurate delivery information; or
- events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
8.5 Website and Technical Services
Whilst reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the Website and associated systems remain available, the Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for losses arising from:
- temporary Website unavailability;
- internet service failures;
- telecommunications failures;
- hardware or software faults;
- cyber attacks;
- malicious software;
- unauthorised access; or
- failures of third-party systems or service providers.
8.6 Payments
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed, delayed or rejected payments caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors or other third-party payment providers.
An entry shall only be valid where payment has been successfully authorised and received.
8.7 Indirect Loss
Subject to Clause 8.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of enjoyment arising from participation in a Prize Draw.
8.8 Maximum Liability
Subject always to Clause 8.1, the Promoter’s total liability to any Entrant arising from any individual Prize Draw shall not exceed:
- the value of the relevant Prize; or
- where no Prize has been awarded, the value of the entry fee paid by the Entrant,
whichever is the greater.
8.9 Entrant Responsibility
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that:
- the information provided to the Promoter is accurate;
- they comply with these Terms and Conditions;
- they maintain appropriate security over their Account; and
- they take reasonable care when accepting and using any Prize.
8.10 Third-Party Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall make any third party responsible for the operation of a Prize Draw unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.11 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects an Entrant’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Refunds
9.1 General
All Prize Draw entries are final.
Except where required by law or expressly provided for within these Terms and Conditions, entry fees are non-refundable.
9.2 Promoter Error
Where the Promoter determines that an error has occurred as a result of its own systems or administration, it may, acting reasonably and at its sole discretion:
- provide an Account credit equal to the value of the affected entry;
- refund the relevant entry fee to the original payment method; or
- offer another appropriate remedy.
The Promoter’s objective will always be to ensure that Entrants are treated fairly.
9.3 Duplicate Payments
Where an Entrant has been charged more than once for the same intended entry due to a processing or system error, the Promoter will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, issue either a refund or an Account credit.
9.4 Failed or Reversed Payments
An entry shall be deemed invalid where payment is subsequently:
- cancelled;
- reversed;
- refunded by the payment provider;
- subject to a chargeback; or
- otherwise not successfully received by the Promoter.
9.5 Fraudulent Claims
No refund will be made where the Promoter reasonably believes that an Entrant has:
- acted fraudulently;
- attempted to manipulate a Prize Draw;
- submitted false information; or
- otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
9.6 Cancellation of a Prize Draw
Where a Prize Draw is cancelled before a winner has been selected, the Promoter will determine, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, the appropriate remedy for affected Entrants, which may include an Account credit, refund or transfer of entries to a replacement Prize Draw.
9.7 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Section affects any rights that an Entrant may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Technical and Operational Issues
10.1 Website Availability
The Promoter makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website and its associated systems remain available and operate correctly.
However, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
10.2 Technical Failures
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for interruptions, delays or failures arising from:
- hardware or software failures;
- internet or telecommunications failures;
- power outages;
- cyber attacks;
- malicious software;
- unauthorised access;
- failure of third-party systems or services; or
- any other event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10.3 Administrative Errors
If a technical, administrative or human error results in:
- an incorrect entry allocation;
- an incorrect winner selection;
- an incorrect Prize allocation;
- an incorrect entry price;
- incorrect Prize information; or
- any other material error affecting the operation of a Prize Draw
the Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and where legally permitted, to:
- correct the error;
- suspend the affected Prize Draw;
- cancel affected entries;
- reclaim any incorrectly awarded Prize;
- rerun the relevant Prize Draw; or
- take any other reasonable action necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Prize Draw.
10.4 Obvious Errors
The Promoter reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing, typographical, administrative or publishing error identified before the Closing Date where such error would materially affect the operation or fairness of the Prize Draw.
10.5 Planned Maintenance
The Website may occasionally be unavailable while planned maintenance, upgrades, security improvements or essential system updates are carried out.
Where reasonably practicable, such work will be scheduled to minimise disruption.
10.6 Security
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend access to the Website or any Account where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity or proper operation of its systems or Prize Draws.
10.7 Protection of Prize Draw Integrity
Where the Promoter reasonably believes that a technical issue, system failure or unauthorised activity has compromised, or may compromise, the fairness or integrity of a Prize Draw, it may take any reasonable action necessary to protect Entrants and ensure the proper administration of the Prize Draw, including postponing or rerunning the affected Prize Draw where appropriate.
11. Third Party Platforms
11.1 Independent Promotion
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prize Draws operated by the Promoter are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with:
- Facebook;
- Instagram;
- TikTok;
- X (formerly Twitter);
- Apple;
- Google; or
- any other third-party platform used to advertise or promote a Prize Draw.
11.2 Release of Third Parties
By entering a Prize Draw through or promoted via a third-party platform, Entrants acknowledge that such platforms have no responsibility for:
- the operation of the Prize Draw;
- the administration of entries;
- the selection of winners;
- the award or fulfilment of any Prize; or
- the resolution of any dispute relating to the Prize Draw.
All enquiries relating to a Prize Draw should be directed to the Promoter.
11.3 Third-Party Services
The Website may use third-party providers to process payments, verify identity, host the Website, deliver communications or provide other services necessary for the operation of Prize Draws.

12. Force Majeure
12.1 Events Beyond the Promoter’s Control
The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such delay, interruption or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- flood;
- fire;
- pandemic or epidemic;
- industrial action or labour disputes;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- acts of government or regulatory authorities;
- changes in law or regulation;
- interruption to utility services;
- failure of telecommunications or internet services;
- cyber attacks;
- failure of third-party suppliers or service providers; or
- any other event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
12.2 Action by the Promoter
Where a Force Majeure event occurs, the Promoter may, acting reasonably:
- suspend a Prize Draw;
- postpone a Prize Draw;
- extend the Closing Date;
- substitute a Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
- cancel a Prize Draw; or
- take any other reasonable action necessary to ensure the fair and lawful operation of the Prize Draw.
Where reasonably practicable, any material changes will be published on the Website as soon as possible.
12.3 No Liability
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, delay, disappointment or inconvenience suffered by an Entrant arising directly or indirectly from a Force Majeure event.
13. General
13.1 Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to:

- reflect changes to the operation of the Website or Prize Draws;

13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with:

- any specific terms applicable to an individual Prize Draw; and

constitute the entire agreement between the Entrant and the Promoter in relation to participation in a Prize Draw.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver
No failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing by the Promoter.
13.5 Assignment
Entrants may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may assign or transfer its rights and obligations where reasonably necessary, provided that doing so does not adversely affect the rights of Entrants.
13.6 Rights of Third Parties
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any provision under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
